Plant Sale raises over £300 for Charity of the Year

Our first ever plant sale at Lennox House in Trinity was a great success, raising over £300 for our Charity of the Year, Support in Mind Scotland. Despite the cold weather, residents, relatives, staff and their families, and neighbours joined us in the garden at Lennox House on Saturday 4 May to buy seasonal bedding plants and shrubs.

Stephen Golder and Lindsay Marshall from John O'Conner Grounds Maintenance, Viewpoint's gardening contractors, joined the staff team at Lennox House selling plants and providing gardening advice. John O'Conner is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and they kindly supported the event by donating 50 plants for sale.

William McCombe from Design my Garden also attended the event and was on hand to provide landscape and gardening advice.
