From 1 April 2019 we are proposing a 2.3% increase in tenants’ rent and no increase in service charges.
The proposed increase will enable us to continue investing in tenants’ homes, including:

+ Electrical wiring
+ Roofworks
+ Kitchens
+ Bathrooms
+ Windows

The rent consultation period runs from 19 November until 24 December 2018.
