Snapshot Satisfaction Surveys

We are committed to listening to all our customers and acting on your views. To help us do this, we have commissioned an independent market research company, Research Resource, to undertake quarterly snapshot satisfaction surveys. The feedback we get from these surveys will be used to help us improve services.

Research Resource will select a random sample of people to survey every quarter. Tenants will only be invited to provide their views in this survey once per year so please take the time to give your views when you are randomly selected. It should only take you 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

All your answers will remain totally confidential and your survey responses will remain anonymous. The results of the survey will be analysed by Research Resource who will present the overall findings to us.
