Location: Head Office, Edinburgh
We are looking to recruit a skilled, motivated and enthusiastic IT professional, with a customer focused attitude, coupled with the ability to “get the job done”, adding real value to our IT team. Working within our Business Support IT team you will play a vital ‘first point of contact’ role, shaping the service provided to our internal customers.
Key responsibilities will include providing an outstanding customer-focused IT support service to over 140 users across sites in Edinburgh and Fife. You’ll field support requests via e-mail, phone and in person. You’ll recognise and respond sensitively to individual needs to ensure a quality service at all times. This varied role also involves maintaining our servers and networking infrastructure, as well as supporting our older applications and rolling out new systems.

You should have:
- An IT related qualification and / or at least 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Experience of supporting IT and networks in multiple sites.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A commitment to customer care and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Experience in supporting MS Office, Windows Server, Azure, Intune, and MSSQL.
- Experience in creating reports using SQL Server Reporting Services is desirable.
- Experience in supporting housing management systems in the social housing sector is also desirable.
- A full driving license and access to your own transport is essential.
